Racial Equality
St. Andrew's is committed to fostering an inclusive environment based on respect for, and celebration of cultural and ethnic diversity. We believe diversity allows our children and staff to experience different perspectives and beliefs, enriching their lives.
Cultural and ethnic diversity is valued across the entire curriculum, in the school workforce, the governing body, the parental body and the student body. We embrace our rich cultural heritage through food, music, art and faith and celebrate cultural holidays and festivals throughout the school year. The school has also adopted a Diverse Book List to encourage children, parents and carers to expand the diversity of their children’s literature.
